We accept returns within 14 days after you receive your order.

Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective
- For hygiene reasons, beauty tools and personal care items cannot be returned once opened, unless defective
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item
